Who we are
This site is operated by B & V Tree & Landscape Services, covering London and the surrounding boroughs.

How we handle enquiry data
When you send the enquiry form, or email or message us, we receive the details you chose to give: typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are asking about and anything you write in the message box. We also receive the page the form was sent from.
We use that information for one thing: to answer your enquiry and quote for the work.
Your enquiry is handled by:
- B & V Tree & Landscape Services, who read it and reply to you.
- Digital Five, who build and run this website and operate the system that delivers and archives form submissions on our behalf.
- Postmark, the email delivery service Digital Five uses to send the enquiry through to us.
A copy is held in the Digital Five enquiry archive so that a message is not lost if email delivery fails. Access to that archive is restricted to Digital Five staff supporting this site and to us.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Spam protection
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It runs only when the form is used.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page and a cookie notice will be updated before any such cookie is used.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email or call us using the details above and we will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Please check it when you next send us an enquiry.
